Return policy

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by, since you have received your item(s), unfortunately, we cannot offer an exchange or refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We do not accept returns on SALE items.

To complete your return please do the following:

Re-pack the item with the labels still attached.

Send us an e-mail at info@feegoon.com stating the name of the item you wish to return and the reason.

We will email back to you the address.  

Return shipping within Dubai will be covered by us.

International return shipping charges, customs duties and any other charges are to be paid by the customer.

 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
